Paul Lynch
Paul Lynch was born in Limerick in 1977, grew up in Donegal and currently lives in Dublin. He was the chief film critic of Ireland’s Sunday Tribune from 2007 to 2011, when the newspaper folded, and has written regularly for many Irish newspapers.
After a six-publisher bidding war, his début novel Red Sky in Morning was published by Quercus in 2013. Praised by Sebastian Barry, Colum McCann and Daniel Woodrell, it was an Amazon.com Book of the Month, a Barnes & Noble Discover Great New Writers pick, a Huffington Post book of the week and a book of the year in The Irish Times and The Irish Independent. Lynch’s second novel, The Black Snow, was published in March 2014. For further information on the author, please visit his website: http://www.paullynchwriter.com.
