Nick Laird

Nick Laird was born in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland, and studied English at the University of Cambridge. In 2005, he published both his first novel, Uttlery Monkey, and his critically acclaimed first collection of poems, To a Fault. It was followed by a second collection in 2007, On Purpose. Nick Laird lives in Rome and is writing his second novel.
