Neville Thompson

Neville Thompson was born in Ballyfermot, County Dublin. He is the author of five novels and the editor of two collections of short stories written by Irish prisoners, collected when he was a part-time prison teacher at Midlands Prison and Portlaoise Prison. He writes contemporary stories that don't pull any punches and critics have likened him to Roddy Doyle and Quentin Tarantino. His novels have been translated into French, German and Greek.
