Marian Keyes

A native of Limerick, best-selling author Marian Keyes studied Law at University College Dublin. She began to write short stories in the early 1990s and her first novel, Watermelon, was published in 1995. It became a worldwide bestseller, translated into 31 languages, and was made into a TV film. Six equally successful novels have followed since, among them Sushi for Beginners and, most recently, This Charming Man. Marian Keyes lives in Co. Dublin.
