Jane Casey

Jane Casey was born and brought up in Dublin. She studied English at Jesus College, Oxford, followed by an MPhil in Anglo-Irish Literature at Trinity College, Dublin. The Missing, published in February 2010, is her first novel and was shortlisted for the Crime Fiction Award 2010 at the Irish Book Awards. It was followed by a second novel, The Burning, in the autumn of that year. Jane Casey now lives in London and works in publishing as a children's books editor.
